Simone Biles
Simone Biles is an American gymnast. Born on March 14, 1997 in Columbus Ohio U.S.A. The 2016 Olympics held in Rio de Janeiro she became the first female U.S. gymnast to win four gold medals in the same Games as well as the first gymnast to win three consecutive world all-around titles (2013-15). Biles as well as her sister Adria Biles and Ronald Biles were taken in as infants by their grandparents from Houston. Simone began to take an interest in gymnastics when she was when she was six years old in a school field trip at Bannon Gymnastix. Aimee Borman was her coach over the following eleven years. Biles was awarded a gold medal in floor exercise and a bronze in vault at the women's Junior Olympic National Championships in 2010. She then stepped into the elite level of gymnastics in the year the year 2011. In just two short years, she became the top athlete in her field. The thing that set Biles apart was her consistency her exuberant personality and the high degree of difficulty she incorporated into her routines in every event - vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor workout.
